It was annual check up day for our 10 year old yellow lab, Zubin. He has growths everywhere, hip dysplasia, and other maladies that I won't talk about. He's a really great guy, just getting old. We are at that point where we're deciding whether the recommendation for the "senior" vet exam every 6 months is really necessary...and should we really remove any more growths? The pre-op exam they are recommending is more than what they do for some people!!
At any rate, Dan came with us, of course. They were really accomodating. A coloring book, a little vet kit with a pet, and an extra trash bag for the toxic waste we created while we were there.
The pic above is Danny "helping" the pet breathe...by cutting it's ear off! God help us all.
